I started out by renting my spare bedroom to save money to start investing in real estate, but before long, I found myself running a full-blown short-term rental with no clear process, no systems, and absolutely no support. The stress quickly piled up, and it wasn’t until I hit burnout that I realized I needed to treat hosting like a real business—not just a side hustle.

Today, I help property owners take the headache out of managing their short-term rentals. From setting up high-converting listings and handling guest communication to pricing optimization, cleaning coordination, and maintenance management, I take care of every detail so you can earn more while stressing less. My focus is on maximizing your property’s potential while giving you complete peace of mind.

In addition to managing properties, I also mentor and support other hosts and cohosts who want to grow their own businesses. Our Headquarters is based in the United States (South Carolina, tri county area ) for properties outside of the tri county or out of the state we do still offer virtual support and boots on the ground team.

How do you successfully manage short term rentals?

We successfully manage multiple properties through a combination of effective communication, support organization, leveraging technology, automation systems and process.

If you manage my listing, will I still own my own listing?

Yes, as the property owner, you retain full ownership. Blakeney Consultant does not own your listing. However, for mid-term rental platforms like Furnished Finder, we prefer to use one account to avoid signing in to multiple accounts.
